Polish Special Forces on Ex NOBLE JUMP by Combat & Survival

Uniforms worn by the operators of the Polish Special Forces include, but are not limited to, Olive Green, MultiCam and A-TACS FG, dependent on specific operation or theatre. On Ex NOBLE JUMP both camouflage patterns were worn by operators participating in the dynamic display, and some of those on the static stances wore plain olive – clearly seen were the Lowa Desert Elite brown boots issued to units of the Polish SOF community.

The Nijmegen Marches The "Vierdaagse" (Dutch for "Four day's") is an annual walk that has taken place since 1909, being based at Nijmegen since 1916. Depending on age walkers have to walk 30, 40 or 50 kilometres each day for four days. Originally a military event with very few civilians, it now is a mainly civilian event with numbers rising in recent years, with over 40,000 taking part - including about 5,000 Military participants. It is now the world's largest walking event.

The Ten Tors Challenge Every year 2,400 young people from across South-West England take part in the Ten Tors challenge. This trek which takes place in early May sees participants aged between 14-19 compete to finish a route of up to 55 miles in length across Dartmoor in Devon.
